She is also a consultant to individuals, businesses, and schools, and a researcher in the field of consciousness. She holds a degree in Humanistic Studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, and a degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Clayton College in Birmingham, AL. Howard's professional career spans a broad spectrum from family counseling to psychotherapy to spiritual guidance to business coaching. Similarly, his formal education is diverse yet integrated. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master's in psychology and counseling, both from Biola University. He holds a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology and in the early 1990s attended Claremont School of Theology, working toward his Ph.D. This was an inter-disciplinary program called Theology and Personality with Emphasis in Religious Education.
